Hello Guys, Todays vlog specially for the HEALTH CLUB lovers where i will talk about Beginners who have either recently joined the fitness center or preparing to join.So before you sign up with the health club i would request you to please watch this video and you would have idea what things requires to be bear in mind while signing up with, what diet plan you should take in meal, avoid supplement atleast 3-4 months and go with Protein and BCAA only.Don t do exercise for more than one and half hour including warmup and cardio.Also attempt to cover one part every day for first 3 months.
