This is a Tamil video in which I explain the standard workouts one can practice at house to do their first push-ups. Push-ups are a fundamental exercise it needs some amount of arm power to perform the movement. As novices have low arm power, I have included exercises that can increase the arm power and assist your approach to do push-ups.
