20secs Leaping jacks
20secs high heels
20 seconds deep Squats
20secs Pipeline in and out pieces.
20secs elbow to kneel planks.
20secs shoulder taps.
20secs up and down slabs.
20secs reverse crunches.
20secs leg raise.
Now lets get to work.
Bear in mind that each combination must be done simultaneously, with 15secs rest Time. Get some water after each sets are finished.
Round off with a 2mins Cardio exercises.
Apart from these exercises.
1. Eat a great deal of soluble fiber.
2. Avoid foods which contain trans fats.
3. Do not take in excessive alcohol.
4. Eat a high protein diet.
5. Lower your tension level.
6. Do more aerobic exercise (cardio).
7. Perfom resistance training (lift weight).
8. Prevent sugar-sweetened drinks.
